WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Complimentary shipping for orders within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and US Territores) are shipped via Ground (3-5 business days). Customers have the option to pay tor expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipment options include UPS 3-day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, FedEx 2Day®, UPS Next Day Air, and FedEx Standard Overnight®.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Larger orders may ship via Common Carrier

We ship daily Monday through Friday. Weekend orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do offer shipping outside the U.S Please contact our office mentioned below.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DAMAGES?

Hemeraholding.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
